NHS Referrals
We are pleased to accept NHS orthodontic referrals for eligible patients up to the age of 26, in line with NHS Scotland orthodontic funding criteria. Please note that acceptance for NHS treatment is subject to the patient meeting current NHS eligibility requirements and assessment of orthodontic treatment need.
NHS referrals can be submitted via SCI Gateway, our online referral portal or by emailing us at info@kirkintillochorthodontics.co.uk.
Private Referrals
We also welcome referrals for patients seeking private orthodontic treatment. Private treatment may be suitable for patients who do not meet NHS eligibility criteria, are over the NHS age limit or would like to explore a wider range of treatment options.
